Anima obtained her license to practice accounting in the United States in 2005 and since
has obtained her license to practice as an internal auditor as well. Most recently, she has completed her Chartered
Global Management Accountant designation. She was also conferred her degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from
York University in Toronto, Ontario and Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
Her work experience
spans working with esteemed firms of Chartered Accountants in Canada and with Certified Public Accounting firms in California
in the United States. She has gained invaluable experience helping clients assess their compliance levels for Sarbanes-Oxley
audits. She has also helped clients with their internal audit readiness for their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
Dedicated to helping clients, she is a professional with respect for her clients' businesses. Her goals are to provide
excellence in accounting and income tax to her clients. She has enhanced clients' bottom line by applying the standards
of the Canadian and US income tax and accounting professions.
Anima is responsible for financial reporting of small
and medium sized businesses, the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns and all aspects of payroll. She
also has considerable experience with managing audits in a diverse group of industries. Anima has gained knowledge in
the field of assessing synergy in potential mergers and acquisitions and is a valuable partner in providing business advice
to our clients.
